This website is operated by Dean Innes PREC* and Shaelyn Mattix, licensed real estate professionals with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you submit the registration form, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Whether you are a buyer, a REALTOR®, or otherwise interested, and whether you are working with a REALTOR®
• Any notes you choose to include

Our website host may also record standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and operation of the site.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry
